While in public accounting Troy has been responsible for audit and consulting services for both public and private companies. Focused on providing consulting services requiring expertise with financial statement preparation and analysis, internal controls, business planning, risk assessment and back office operations. He has been involved with audit and attestation services associated with both public issuers and private companies. Primarily with companies that file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) which require review of filings including but not limited to 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks. He works mainly in the industries of mining, retail, manufacturing and investment companies.
Earlier in his career he held various senior management positions with both public and private companies within the mining, retail distribution and financial services industries. He brings broad-based management skills with the ability to identify and implement strategies to improve business processes, reduce costs, increase revenue, and drive profitable growth. His responsibilities included financial reporting and analysis, P & L management, operation management, budgeting and forecasting.
Education & Achievements
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from the University of Nevada. Licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Nevada
